The FDA has forbidden the use of wooden boards for aging cheese. They did this without any public comment. This basically puts all artisan cheese makers out of business.
And there is NO SCIENTIFIC REASON FOR IT.

I love cheese and this decision smacks of lobbying by Kraft and other "cheese" giants looking to put the little guys out of business.
